Operating Rules of Filling Machines
For filling labeling machine manufacturers, it is important to check the automatic filling machine before starting:1. Check whether there are foreign bodies on the chain and clean it up.
2. Check whether the air pressure is between 0.4 and 0.8 MPa.
3. Check whether there is any foreign matter on the turntable of the capping machine and clean it up.
4. Check whether the bottle cap finisher is well installed. Ensure that bottle caps are adequate.
5. Check whether the bucket is clean and free of foreign matter.
6. Install the hopper above the control rotary valve and lock the clamp.
7. Install the filling head and the control rotary valve together and lock the clamp.
8. Confirm the activities on the cylinder and fix the position of the magnetic switch.
9. Connect the air intake pipe to SAIC Express. Connect the air supply. Turn on the air supply switch. Ensure that the propulsion air supply switch is on. Turn it off when the air supply switch is pulled out.
The size of the air source can be adjusted by pulling out the upper part of the pressure regulating filter and screwing, so as to push it to a fixed size.
10. After use, hold down the emergency stop switch (when the red knob is turned out, it is the beginning), and the machine also needs to be cleaned and well maintained, so as to prolong the service life.
11. When cleaning, first cut the bottom of the bottom bag of the machine bag maker. Take a material barrel, and then switch the working mode of the selector switch (black second knob) to "cleaning". Turn off the emergency stop switch (when the red knob is turned out, it starts). The machine will automatically pump out the water cleaned in the material barrel, and then press the emergency stop switch (when the red knob is turned out, it starts) to turn off the power.
Direction for using filling machines:
1. This machine is suitable for ambient temperature between -5℃ and 40℃ and relative humidity of < 90℃. It is most suitable at constant temperature and should be placed in a ventilated, dry and clean place.
Before starting the machine, check whether the power supply voltage is normal and whether the socket has a safe grounding wire.
Clean thoroughly before operation. Wipe off oil or dirt with non-woven soft cloth and detergent, and then dry it with a non-woven soft cloth.
